Elisha Baby World provides free shipping on Singapore domestic orders over SGD $140. (Except for order with Little Wiwa which is a flat $10 delivery fee)
All orders are sent via trackable mail or courier. Elisha Baby World aims to dispatch Customer’s items within 3 working days of receiving an order, Monday through Friday excluding weekends and public holidays. Elisha Baby World offers two shipping options, Registered Postage or Door to Door delivery, in order to accommodate those who would like their orders to arrive as quickly as possible and those who are looking for the most economical way to receive their purchases.

Door to Door Delivery SGD $8.00 – 2 - 5 working days*
Urgent Door to Door Delivery SGD $15.00 - 2 working days*

Occasionally a package may get lost in transit. Elisha Baby World will not be liable for any lost or delay of international package once they have been despatched.
Dear Customer, do note that all sales are final, and Elisha Baby World does not provide cash refunds. Elisha Baby World only accept exchange if packaging is intact.
Returns are available for all items ONLY for 1 - colour, 2- factory defects. The Customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for any defects and notifying us within 7 working days of receiving the goods, otherwise acceptance is deemed as final.

For Customer’s Return to be valid, it has to be mailed back within 14 working days (30 working days for International Customers) from the date parcel was delivered. A credit will be issued upon the receipt of your item. The credit will be valid for 30 days and is strictly non-refundable nor extendable. Customer may utilize the Credit Note on any item (including Sale merchandise). Credit issued can only be used in a single transaction and any balance amount will not be refunded.
Return shipping, payment for return shipping, and any subsequent damages from return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Returns should be posted with registered postage to ensure delivery.
All returns must be securely packaged and returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with packaging and price tags intact. Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be denied and held responsible by the Customer.
